1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

- You may request a refund or return for most items purchased from Threshold within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund or return requests.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Digital products (e.g., e-books, software, or downloadable content) once accessed or downloaded.
- Custom-made or personalized products tailored to your specifications.
- Gift cards or prepaid services.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
To start the process:

- For physical items, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
